These terms cover this website, operated by Coattail Entertainment LLC (“Coattail”), a film production company in Detroit, Michigan. By using this site you agree to them.
1. Text messaging
Coattail operates WUD (wudetroit.com) and runs an SMS program for WUD members. The full program terms — what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop — are on their own page: text messaging terms.
- Message frequency varies, up to about 6 messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or of using WUD.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- How we handle your number and your consent is set out in our privacy policy.
2. Our work on this site
The films, images, text and marks on this site belong to Coattail Entertainment LLC or to the people we made them with. Do not copy, republish or use them commercially without written permission.
3. Using the site
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and do not use it to break the law.
4. No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
5. Services and productions
Enquiries made through this site are not a contract. Production work is covered by a separate written agreement.
6. Law
Michigan law governs these terms. If part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
